Shipping & FAQs

  • Each dump is handmade with love. First I throw each dump on the wheel, then I trim the pot and carve their faces, pull and attach handles, wax, glaze, and sand their bottoms’ smooth!

No two dumplings are exactly the same– they each have their own unique character and vibe. There may be variations in size, shape, and colour of each dump due to the nature of them being hand thrown and me being a human :)

  • Yes! Dumps can be shipped internationally. However, shipping ceramics and ensuring your dump arrives unharmed and in a reasonable amount of time is costly. I do my best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but shipping ceramics is expensive.

  • I offer full refunds of all costs if the item arrives damaged or broken in any way. If you’d rather exchange your broken item for a new dump, I can work with you to provide a piece of equivalent value.

The only other circumstance I accept returns is if I have sent you the incorrect item! Due to ceramics being fragile in nature and difficult to ship, I cannot accept returns via mail.

  • I use as many recycled, compostable materials as I can. If there is ever any plastics used to pack your order, know that they are re-used from other packaging and not purchased by me.

Many composting facilities CANNOT process biodegradable packing peanuts– please dissolve them in water in your bathtub or sink!

  • Currently closed for new custom orders.

  • Yes! All of my dumps are dishwasher and microwave safe.

However, as with all handmade ceramics, the life of your piece will likely be longer if you hand wash your dumps.
